BRP for some reason formed roughly a 11.1mm hole for a 10mm bolt. Over time the factory bolt will stretch, loosen up and allow it to move side to side elongating the hole. Now the average hole is cut somewhere around .008 for the bolt to slip in and out of and for slight variation in bolt diameters. This hole is about .043 bigger than the 10mm bolt so a 7\/16 (11.1mm) bolt fits like it was made for it. With that being said, ours are built and sent with a 7\/16 grade 8 bolt. This aircraft grade aluminum is the strongest aluminum option for our sport, twice the strength of 6061 aluminum.  \u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eWhy do we choose 7075 over 6061?  The weakest part of the \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003erod will\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e will always be the area that surrounds the uniballs, or where a joint is threaded in.  The area that surrounds the uniballs is often severely limited to how much material we can have before it starts to interfere with the trailing arm or other components, this is the biggest stress point of the radius rod as during bottom outs the lower rod has a tremendous pull force on it.  On a threaded link we're limited to the material that is in the threads itself, we need maximum strength there as well to not pull the threads out of the rods, or compress the threads over time making the joints wobbly in the rod becoming loose.  7075 is also known for its flexibility and its memory, with a direct impact it will deflect up to 10% and spring back to its original shape, the flexibility and memory of this material is why it's used as the main structure of aircraft wings.  Furthermore all of these reasons are why this material is used as suspension \"link material\" for rock crawlers and rock bouncers as well as trailing arms and control arms on trophy trucks, almost never 6061.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThe lower radius rods are made from 1.25\" thick plate 7075 aluminum and the ends of the house FK 5\/8\" WSSX uniballs. The middle (toe) link is made from the same 1.25\" thick plate 7075 aluminum as the lower.  The spindle side houses an \u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eFK 5\/8\" WSSX uniball while the frame side has our single point adjuster and a 3\/4\" FK JMX rod end.  This adjuster allows for full adjustment of the toe of the vehicle, all while installed and sitting on its own weight, a feature that no one else can offer.\u003c\/span\u003e  The upper radius rods are solid 1-1\/8\" round 7075-T6 aluminum with 3\/4\" FK JMX rod ends allowing full adjustability of the camber.  One of the things that sets ours apart from the norm in the industry are the joints that we use, we use the absolute highest quality joints and uniballs on the market.  The JMX series of joints from FK is something that we've had a tremendous amount of success with over the last decade +, these are the same series joints that trophy trucks are running, there is not a better option.  These joints use a fabric based Teflon liner known as a PTFE liner. point adjuster that makes setting toe on the car a breeze with a 3\/4\" FK JMX joint.  Spin the adjuster to lengthen or shorten the rod with ease, tighten the 2 pinch lamp bolts and you're all set with no jam nuts to break loose.  We've been using this style of adjuster on the Pro R for a couple years as well as the X3 with great reliability.  On the spindle, instead of reusing a tapered stud
